[OLPC-AU] Slight rejig to XO-AU USB versions

We've made a minor change to our XO-AU USB versions.

Version 2-rc2, which has been serving us well in production since
March, has finally been renamed to version 2.

Version 3 will now be version 2 with a new build (10.1.3-rc3),
deployment keys and firmware.

All other issues that were previously planned for version 3 are now
targeted for version 4.
