What would it take to set up something like this? I can ask AARNET to
mirror the download.sugarlabs.org, if that's required.

Is the redirect automatic? That is, if someone in Australia tries to
download from sugarlabs.org, can they automatically served by AARNET?
That would make our downloads much faster.
