I presume this disabling was by popular demand by people who thought
that it was the most effective way to train users not to use more than
one finger on the touchpad ... instead of providing surprising
learning-inducing consequences for the mistake, the mistake is simply
ignored and the cursor jams agains the corner of the screen.
