[OLPC-AU] ANNOUNCEMENT: XO-AU USB 2rc2 released

XO-AU USB 2rc2 is available for testing: http://dev.laptop.org.au/news/14

We hope for there to be no more changes, with the final version just
having some additional documentation.

The XO-AU USB is a software 'toolkit' for XOs. Intended to be easy to
use, it can assist in recovery, repair and support scenarios. It is
OLPC Australia's official means of delivering updates to schools.
