Thanks.

I had requested for zh_CN language administrator when I was
translating Etoys, so I think I can submit the translations to source
repo.

According to the reply from Chris Leonard, I think we can work on
Glucose 0.94 and 0.96 simultaneously, so that future release of Sugar
0.94 and 0.96 will include our updated translations.
