Thank you for your comments. The objective is to actually implement
the recommendations of the (I) category and to move to clear
recommendations for the items in the (D) category. So, yes, I agree
that the important thing is the action page of each recommendation.

On this page we focused mainly on the changes in software: network
stack, wireless driver and firmware that will be implemented in the
XO. So they are all practical and will reflect in the deployments.
Would be pointless otherwise.

I understand that you are referring to deployment recommendations when
you say practical recommendations. And it seems a good idea to have
such page too.

Since their "public" is different, because the people who will
implement changes in the driver will not install access points in a
school (not typically at least) and since the deployment
recommendations are more focused on the infrastructure, rather than
the XO, I suggest that this would be another page (though I didn't do
a search to verify if such page exists already).

There is a page on the compatibility
[http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Wireless_Access_Point_Compatibility] that
could probably be a building block off these deployment recommendation
page.

That being said, it could also be the case that this is a category on
the current recommendations page.

In short, I say, let's do it! I would ask the readers of this list for
comments on the better approach to do it!

Cheers!
