[OLPC Networking] Wiki page started

IRC++ for pointing this out to me (user cjb, for the karma points)

The driver for Marvell is open source, the firmware of the chip is *not*
open source. It is under IP that Marvell cannot give away freely. The
license will be freely ditributable, however.
