[Nepal] Upgrading our flash-based flip book reader

We can solve the small print problem by upgrading our flipbook reader.
It is sadly not open-source and costs $50 for the server plugin.
Luckily, we would only need to buy one copy.

It has a few more controls than the free version that we are using, esp.
the zoom feature which I think is pretty critical
