[Localization] [Solved] Wrong locale in TurtleArt (sugar-build)

Hi,
Thanks to Walter & Daniel!
After a new build of sugar-build, a few minutes ago, TurtleBlocks
appears fully localized (activity name, user interface, online help).
A great experience, which will make the linguistic-QA more efficient!
