[Localization] Doubt about POTFILES.in

Hi,
I am updating one of my activities, and I have found the file po/POTFILES.in
is outdated. Now I have a doubt, should I update it, or that is a work done
by pootle?
I know
http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/go/Translation_Team/i18n_Best_Practices#Do_not_touch_anything_inside_your_po_directory

apply in this case?
