Open a Terminal.Go to the Sugar Activities folder:
cd /home/user/Activities
Go to TurtleArt.activity folder: 
cd TurtleArt.activity
execute turtleblocks.py:
python turtleblocks.py
or:
./turtleblocks.py
This must works..
