[Localization] Please review Language-Name in Huastek Etoys translation

There is a new translation "Huastec (Tének)". Great!

However, I think the meta-phrase "Language-Name" should be translated as "Huastec" (or whatever the language's name is) instead of the current "Káwintaláb-Bijiláb" which looks like a literal translation.

I also committed a fix so when we make new POTs this phrase will have a better comment:
