An 88-key piano keyboard is definitely in the plans for TamTam. There
is a lot of work to be done to port TamTam from gtk2 to gtk3, which is
needed to take advantage of touch support that comes in with gtk3.
There are people from AC and OLPC looking into that, but it may not
come out with the absolute first touch supporting release as things
like a working word processor are higher priority, but it will get
done in due time.
