Dear Localizers,

If you are looking at the Conozco America PO file in Honey and shaking
your head about all those place names, I would suggest that you take a
look at your language's PO files for

ISO 3166 (Countries)

and

ISO 3166_2 (Cities)

http://anonscm.debian.org/gitweb/?p=iso-codes/iso-codes.git;a=tree;f=iso_3166_2;h=037da6a229971c13e62da1c4cf030e2ee731f9c6;hb=HEAD

While the translations of these place names is not always as good as
it should be, it might be a reasonable starting point for searching
and carefully copying over some strings for city and country names.
