[Localization] browse: uncommented strings in spanish

I'm not sure exactly when those strings were "dropped" from the POT,
but they are back now, so I did a refresh from Templates on all
Fructose projects and re-committed en, da, pl, es, ne, fr, ar which
were already complete.
Other langs do not appear to have completed these strings.
