[Localization] browse: uncommented strings in spanish

the strings that start with
#~
and do not have location comments
and appear at the end of the PO file are strings that have been
dropped from a previous version of the POT file.
Show me where those appear in:
http://git.sugarlabs.org/browse/mainline/blobs/master/po/Browse.pot
If the POT is changed to contain those strings and the PO file is
refreshed from Templates, those strings will "appear" again as part of
the merge process of updating the PO to a new template.
