[Localization] Language packs - testing needed

Dear Localizers,

Aleksey has been working to re-establish the generation of language
packs as described at:

http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Localization/Testing

Although the links on that page need to be updated and the whole page
should be migrated to the SL wiki.

They are now being hosted at:

http://translate.sugarlabs.org/langpacks/0.94/

and are being built nightly.

It would be very helpful if you could try following the directions on
that page and help us correct the directions, as well as confirming
that the language packs work as intended.  I have not tried them out
myself yet, so be aware that they are not at all guaranteed to work as
intended.

We are aware that some adjustments will probably needed to the
activity list and language list, but any bug reports would be welcome.
