[Localization] [support-gang] volunteer translators needed

All,

As a test, I've developed PO files for some of the Waveplace materials that
are now hosted on our Pootle server

Spanish
http://translate.sugarlabs.org/es/Waveplace/

French
http://translate.sugarlabs.org/fr/Waveplace/

Please follow the link in the first string of the PO file to get the
complete English original PDF as a reference, then translate and submit the
strings into Pootle.

If this experiment works out, we'll add more languages and more Waveplace
materials.
