[Localization] Fwd: Translation Team report

Second all of the below.

I'm running into these problems for Haitian Creole/Kreyòl Ayisyen,
where I thought I had recruited enough localizers, and a localization
admin to replace me (since I don't speak Kreyòl), but it turns out
that the effort has fallen apart. I am recruiting again.

We can discuss the L10N issue for developers with the author of the
FLOSS Manuals book on activity development. Here is what we have right
now.

We are just about to install the new translation tools on our new
authoring system, Booki, and translation of all of the Sugar manuals
to Spanish is our first priority. We would welcome input on other
critical needs, and of course more volunteer translators.

I will suggest a FLOSS Manual on Pootle administration.
