[Localization] Please review your Glucose / Fructose projects

Dear Localizers,

We are currently in Feature Freeze (possibly UI Freeze) with String
Freeze approaching rapidly

Please work on completing your languages Glucose and Fructose projects.

Many languages still need quite a bit of work, but they can be
completed if the effort is made.

Lang admins, please review and commit PO files.  Also accept or reject
pending suggestions to clear them.
