No, please translate everything.

The common objects are all categorized. The alphabetical list is only used to access rarely used objects. We should do something about them though.

Yes. Providing a fix is even better :)

For letter-based scripts this would make sense, yes. No idea how to deal with this for e.g. Kanji, there are jut too many, I guess.
