[Localization] alphabetic category in Object Catalog

Hi,

The alphabetic order in Objects tool hard-codes Latin alphabets. When I 
translate these names into Kannada, this ordering breaks down. How do people 
with non-Latin alphabets handle this issue?

Should I retain the English names and translate only the help text?

Or report a bug and request a fix? e.g. extracting first letters of all names 
and using them for alphabetic tabs.
