My Spanish is adequate to do a partial review of hte PO files, so I did that
and committed most.

I did get one error on etoys-tiles.po

It is to be preferred that one of the native-speaking Spanish language
admins (they should be listening to the Localization list) go back and
review the etoys PO files and be the one ot take the step of committing the
Po fiels when needed.
