[Localization] [ANNOUNCE] 0.88 String Freeze is in place

Dear Localizers,

If you haven't logged onto the Pootle server in the past week or two, now
would be a good time to do so.  There have been some recent string additions
to certain projects (like Glucose and Fructose) that require attention.

Just to reiterate, string freeze is time for language admins to begin
performing their reviews and commits of their language projects completed PO
files.  Non-admin localizers should continue to their work on their language
projects.
