[Localization] Lithuanian language

[Vaidotas Didžbalis]

Hello,
I can log in. I can suggest translation, but I cannot submit. I want
actually to use, to see  translated texts (tiles) in action in etoys so I
could review may own work in proper context. What shall I do to get this?
