[Localization] Lithuanian language

[Vaidotas Didžbalis]

Hi,
Regarding Lithuanian translation. In order to proceed, I need to test how it
looks translated in etoys. Currently I  can only fill suggestions in pootle.
If I need to be an translation administrator in order to do this, then
please do inaugurate me as the one for Lithuanian language
