[Localization] german etoys-translation: nebraska, scamper, starqueak

Hi all,

Just in curiosity, since I'm not sure whether this is a problem with 
pootle:

Today I commited etoys.po (german translation) and I'm wondering whether 
nebraska, scamper and starsqueak got really eliminated from etoys.
