[Localization] [IAEP] Fwd: sugar on a stick localized in farsi or pashto or both

   wait wait: i hope i wrote that mtsa is a 
set of people who together have fluency in 
english, dari, and pashto as well as some 
computer familiarity. 
   that any one person combines some useful 
subset and also has time to chip in work is 
an unknown. we can cast about to see.
