[Localization] 'Software update' is not translated

Hi,
This is what you need to do:
1) Translate sugar-update-control http://translate.sugarlabs.org/fa_AF/glucose
2) Let me know when you have translated, so that I can manually
trigger a langpack build for you.
Once the langpack is made, you can download it, and it should hopefully work.
