[Localization] Some letters in Turkish translation

Hi,

I prepared a .mo file from .po file located here http://translate.sugarlabs.org/tr/etoys/
I used PoEdit for making the .mo file. 

For some reason some letters in Turkish translation do not display properly in eToys. The letters in question are: ı İ ğ Ğ ş Ş . Other non-US charachters like çÇ öÖ üÜ display correctly. 

Does any one have a clue for the reason of the problem and how to fix it?
