[Localization] Doubt with pootle updates

Hi Sayamindu,

I have a doubt about when the activities do get the update of the pootle
translations. I mean, if the next release of soas is for example tomorrow,
it would have the newest pootle translations of today?

And if tomorrow is the release of a newer version of an activity, it would
have the newest pootle translations of today?
