[Localization] Virtaal: Off-line translation tool

Hi,

Virtaal is an easy-to-use desktop translation tool with loads of 
features for improving productivity.

Virtaal 0.4 has just been released and is built on the Translate 
Toolkit, just like Pootle. That means that you can be sure that PO files 
downloaded from Pootle are usable in Virtaal and changes made in Virtaal 
are directly uploadable to Pootle.

If you prefer a desktop translation tool to Pootle's web interface, give
