[Localization] Who translated what

[Khaled Hosny]

Is there a way to know who translated certain file in Pootle, and what
strings he translated? I've been reviewing Arabic Scratch translation
and I found serous mistakes that I want to know who made it (to tell him
how to avoid it in the future).
