[Localization] Help with the stuffer sheet translations

could we just say, "not for children younger than [X] years old", and do 
away with an altogether unnecessary nuance?
Yeah, I guess there's all kinds, but if someone is intending to use the 
XO with a younger than 1 year old (infant, as per Princeton), then 
there's more issues than a sheet can deal with.
