As Alexander already mentioned in this thread, currently a very
talented developer is working on improving the suggestion feature in
Pootle as a part of the Summer of Code. He has already started working
on various parts of the puzzle, and I'm pretty confident that within
the next few months, we'll get the feature that we want :-).
