Not formally, but I checked it against some references** and I  
couldn't spot any errors. I have some family in Turkey so I'll try and  
run it past them (I'm not sure what layout they would be used to).

**OS X Keyboard Viewer, using the International system preference,  
they call it the Q layout "Turkish - QWERTY PC" though interestingly  
the default "Turkish" layout seems to be F. Also found a number of Q  
keyboard layouts doing a Google image search.
