[Localization] [Announce] Team lists

Hello all,

A number of people have asked for a place where all the team members
of the languages being translated via Pootle are listed. I have
written a small script which generates a HTML page with the required
information.
The plan is to have something like http://l10n.gnome.org/teams/

Currently, a very barebones page is available at
http://dev.laptop.org/~sayamindu/teams.html
I'll enhance it once I get some more time :).
