just update the rpm version and run yum update or rpm -U.
As long as the new package has a greater version all the files are overwritten
by the packaging system. That's what happens when you update the software as
well. You'll hit file conflicts if two different packages contain the same file,
e.g. sugar.mo. In this situation rpm/yum will fail with a file conflict error.
