[Localization] [Important] Translating strings for the Activation Server

Hello everyone,
It is nice to see some languages progressing rapidly with the
Activation Server translations. However, my automated PO checking
scripts has been spewing up a lot of errors for the ActServer project
lately, and it looks like strings such as  %(limit)d, %(filename)s,
etc are being translated as %(foo)d and %(bar)s respectively (where
foo and bar are the equivalents of limit and filename in a given
language). A number of languages has been affected by this - please
try to go through the translations you have already made and correct
them.
