I'm not saying this is a perfect solution. Just that if we must find a
compromise between first-time and regular usability, this is one more
option we can consider.
We are using this solution extensively in Sugar, in many occasions
children won't be able to know what a button does until they try it or
at least hover it so the tooltip appears. I think we expect children
to be curious and try things out in order to construct their own model
of how the system works.
