[Localization] Turtle Art translation

That is not a bad idea. I can imagine this working for many of the
blocks. But it will take some clever design work... Maybe we could
start a subpage in the wiki
(http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Turtle_Art/Block_graphics) for people to
post their suggestions?
