[Localization] A confusing little typo (Rendering RtoL writing systems)

In a recent message, I said "...simply specify each letter is sequence..."; that
should read
"...simply specify each letter in sequence..."

I use the Dvorak letter layout (I like it), where N and S are next to to each
other.
