[Localization] [translate-pootle] Pootle feature request - date of the last change

As a language coordinator/admin I would like to know, if someone else has
contributed, which might be useful, when it comes to revising, submitting or
committing. I am involved with Telugu localization, which does not have many
contributors. So if I am not actively doing the translations I tend to not
look deeply at pootle page, at times for some weeks.
