[Localization] Pootle error for Telugu

Hi Sayamindu,
I am not able to access Telugu pootle site. I am able to see other languages
though. Seems to have happened after I merged few of my translations.

https://dev.laptop.org/translate/te/

This is the message am getting.
Error invalid literal for int() with base 10: '[1]'

I can't sign on to my account as well.
I get same error message
