[Localization] Memorize: wiki page vs. Pootle

Grr.. sorry about the mess up. I think it would confuse translators
even more if I move it to Bundled now. (and the division between
Bundled and Core is becoming more and more fuzzy every day.. at least
as far as my understanding goes :-).

So if there is no serious objection wrt Memorize being in XO Core, I
won't move it.
