[Localization] Web site .po files in Pootle?

I made a POT file for the start pages:
http://wiki.laptop.org/go/User:Felice/PO-laptop.org-gettingstarted-en-US
It is not yet in Pootle, as I have been awaiting advise as to whether
or not to restructure the file first (It is over 300 strings).
