In India, the Indic scripts have their own numeral forms. For example,
for Bengali, we have
১,২,৩,৪,৫,৬,৭,৮,৯
However, nowadays most kids (and adults as well) cannot count in their
languages and sometimes fail to recognise these forms as well.
