[Localization] pootle error

Hi,

  I just login and check zh_TW translations on the pootle server for
xo_core and update 1. Then I met a python error. Now I can only see
the following page from Trac:

https://dev.laptop.org/translate/home/

Error: Not Found

No handler matched request to /error/HTTP_SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE.html.var
