[Localization] Where is the sugar.mo file ?

Hi All,

I'm trying to test a sugar translation for French.
As mentioned in http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Localization/Testing I'm looking for a "sugar.mo" file in the "/usr/share/locale/fr/LC_MESSAGES/" directory.
But there is no "sugar.mo" file in this directory. There is only 5 files: "iso_3166_2.mo", "iso_3166.mo", "iso_4217.mo", "iso_639_3.mo" and "iso_639.mo". Which of these files is the "sugar.mo" file ?
