[Localization] Localization for Haiti (Kreyol)

Hi,
I have added a project in Pootle (https://dev.laptop.org/translate/ht).
Please add yourself as a translator (add Kreyole in the "My Languages"
found in https://dev.laptop.org/translate/home/options.html once you
are logged in), so that I can add you as the administrator of the
project.
